Caressing Electromagnetically

 swirling around and around and around
in between stars without any sound
except for the silence of thoughts streaming by
on a journey to Vega as off we fly

caressing electromagnetically
Birkeland currents electrically
flowing from somewhere far away
moving and twisting seeming to play

vortices spinning in you and in me
moving us onwards as onwards we flee
from yesterday's Earth to somewhere new
somewhere I can be with you

enjoying a morning's golden sunrise
over the ocean into the skies
living and loving down by the sea
peace enduring and constantly

feeling your heartbeat, feeling your touch
feeling you feel me feeling so much
always together, always entwined
physically and mind into mind

caressing electromagnetically
flying to somewhere we both want to be
a world around Vega down by the sea
keeps calling us onwards as we flee

In the Middle

 in the middle
in between
at the centre
where I dream

I'm in a meadow
all is green
rushes swaying
by a stream

warmth of summer
with a breeze
in dappled sunlight
under trees

willows swinging
where they hang -
transformation
from just a man

towards a planet
in my mind
leaving Earth
so far behind

interweaving
swirling on
through the ether
for as long

as I keep moving
while I dream
in the middle
in between
