Water Dervishes

Day 22 Month 6 - 13 Moon Calendar

water dervishes

the electric touch of music plays
from Sun through space to earth for days
as rain falls down with thunder's roll
echoing far and near we're whole

we're molecules of water free
to come and go through all we see
we're water vapour first breathed in
then out again always we spin

around around in dervish twirl
on and on through space we swirl
we rise up and then we fall
rushing back to sea we're all

one liquid being space between
morning mist in sunlight's beam
evening dew on blades of grass
we come and go we last and last

and in a frosty moment's hush
we crystalize in patterns lush
we sparkle spectral diamond light
we brighten up the darkest night

when driven by great heat we steam
condensing once again we stream
down window panes we flow and grow
to drops of water sinking low

gravity pulls but we let go
evaporating from below
to disappear in atmosphere
still we are always very near

we're molecules of water free
to come and go through all we see
around around in dervish twirl
on and on through space we swirl...

So Many Moods

Day 20 Month 6 - 13 Moon Calendar

so many moods

so many moods the mystic mountains
light reflecting sparkling fountains
dancing beams of light they rush
from morning dew amidst the hush

of forests green and soaring skywards
canyons deep streams rushing my words
cannot touch the feelings felt
conjure not the spirit melt -

skin to air with breezes blowing
mind to heart inside we're flowing
from before to what will come
while in the now we all are one

electric field as we all flicker
rarified and sometimes thicker
energy surging through our veins
we rise up from all our pains -

we rise up while we are spinning
around around we lose, we're winning
close to death we're close to life
close to letting go the strife

in every day, in every evening
pirouetting souls believing
there is something more to come
we're at the start, we've just begun -

so many moods the mystic mountains
light reflecting sparkling fountains
dancing beams of light they rush
from morning dew amidst the hush...

Day 18 Month 6 - 13 Moon Calendar

Mist

the mist of you, the mist of me
the mist this morning by the sea
our star, the Sun, through misty clouds
the mist of minds in bustling crowds -

I missed you in my dreams last night
I missed our hearts joined taking flight
over misty seas and ground
on through misty clouds around

in mystic mist as we become
misty crowds where we're all one
misty moment wrapped in time
I miss you when I cannot find

your misty feelings, thoughts with wings
I miss you and my heart/mind sings
misty melodies misty songs
through misty mind filled thoughts in throngs

you are on my mind you're missed
soul aroused inside you're kissed
the mist this morning by the sea
the mist of you, the mist of me

I missed you when I woke alone
misty thoughts of you were blown
in misty clouds through mind awake
misty feelings I can't shake

bubbled up and overtook
mixing mystic mist I shook
unseen by the mist of minds
all around while wrapped in time -

you are on my mind you're missed
soul aroused inside you're kissed
your misty feelings, thoughts with wings
I miss you and my heart/mind sings...

Seeds of Birth

Day 17 Month 6 - 13 Moon Calendar

seeds of birth

seeds of birth on Earth are spread
by dust from space its race ahead
propelled by currents electric stream
from lightning stars' each unseen beam

gravity tugs but cannot move
on and on it does behoove
minds on Earth in myths still bound
to let go, to look around

there was no start, there is no end
no black holes unseen to bend
gravity waves a fond goodbye
electricity fills the sky

fills the spaces in between
stars and galaxies, all that's seen
flying between each thought we think
in each heart beat it's the link -

when I see you there is a spark
illuminating all the dark
places mind has led me to
disappear when I see you -

honeysuckle smells so sweet
when I see you it's such a treat
magnolias blooming in the Sun
electricity makes us one

garden in paradise here on Earth
where all around spread seeds of birth
from dust through space which has been led
by electricity which has sped

seeds of birth to Earth so new
sparkling sunrise, sunset too
sparking heartbeats, thoughts which fly
with electricity from the sky...
