Reflections

Day 4 Month 10 (13 Moon Calendar)

audio/video

reflections

cherry blossoms
pink and white
forsythia's yellow
Sun-like light

April showers
pouring rain
a slash of blue
in sky again

days keep growing
night retreats
birds are singing
my heart beats

thoughts are streaming
we're afloat
on a cosmic sea
each one a note

in a universe
vibrating
molecules move
and atoms spin

seasons come
and seasons go
sometimes we're high
sometimes we're low

Always (2)

Day 2 Month 10 (13 Moon Calendar)

audio/video

always

times and places
when we were
together always
now a blur

still on my mind
as you are too
and in my heart
where I feel you

in the ether
in between
all the places
which we've been

still connected
though apart
every ending
is a start

of something deeper
more profound
which is born
from what's unwound

something deeper
something bright
an unseen something
filled with light -

I can feel it
you can too
relax, breathe in
I'm with you

relax, breathe out
I'm still here
together always
very near

sacred mountain

Day 26 month 9 -  13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

sacred mountain

although far away from
the soaring sacred mountain
still I am feeling
something like a fountain

of inner wonder
at circumnambulation
walking all around it,
a mystical sensation -

unforgiving
altitude and weather
three days walking
devotion as the tether

onwards and upwards
over snowy rises
into windy canyons
with mani stone surprises -

Milarepa's monastery
still standing and still facing
the mountain's gleaming shining
on the human race in

stillness, with the promise
of Shambala's revealing
the reason sacred Kailash
attracts and is appealing
