I've never seen the tide so high
new moon past
no rain from sky -
I've never seen the ocean fall
for so long
a liquid wall -
I've never known such darkness bright
unseen shining
day and night -
I've never known what now I know
sky split Sun
with Earth in tow -
I've never dreamt I'd be so near
to far away
from all my fear -
never filled with evermore
each breath in
and out to soar -
up above the tide so high
passing Moon
away to fly -
beyond the Sun's electric glow
between the stars
within the flow -
rushing on and plunging in
plasma seas
galactic spin -
I never thought that I'd know you
and you'd know me
dreams coming true -
I never dreamt I'd be so near
never dreamt I'd lose my fear -

dreaming

the dreams we dream we dream awake
asleep we are upon a lake
glistening in the Moon's soft light
where sunbeams dance when there's no night -

we drift we float we're blown along
by what we dream where we belong
the who we are the who we'll be
we feel we flow because we're free

to dream our dreams when we're awake
asleep we rise between to make
our dreams fill up all our lives
through day and night our dreaming writhes -

in our minds and in our hearts
dreaming ends and dreaming starts
visions come and visions go
shrinking down and then they grow -

inside, outside, upside down
inside out, within we're found
in dreams we dream when we're awake
asleep while floating on a lake

of mind and soul whose rippling light
awake, asleep in day and night
is where we are is where we'll be
shimmering beams of light so free

dancing with us as we rise
we dream a dream of clear blue skies
the Sun alive is tickling me
is tickling you, together we

dream the dreams we dream awake
asleep we drift on soul's light lake
glistening in the Moon's soft light
where sunbeams dance when there's no night -

Sea of Dreams

not a word, not a thought
no idea we've been taught
goes beyond goes along
goes with us when we're gone

when we leave we return
where we came where we learn
in between where we dream
and awake where we seem

to be real me and you
we appeal to all who
disappear to become
all we see, we are one

we are Moon
we are Sun
we are sad
we have fun

we're awake when asleep
as we drown in the deep
sea of dreams of our lives
it's just love that survives

when we wake in our dreams
it's so real, so it seems
in our minds, in our hearts
in our souls there are parts

where we're one
you and me
all we see
we are free

from ideas and each thought
and all we've been taught
disappears to become
all we see, we are one

all the souls we've known
now lost
all the minds who've grown
now tossed

on an ocean deep
its waves
rolling when we sleep
we're slaves

to tidal pulls from Moon
and Sun
we wake we sleep
we all become

new again
each morning bright
in sparkling gold
and silver light -

the space between the stars
in sky
is the place through which
we fly

where we rise
above the mist
of who we think we are
we're kissed

embraced by light in dark
unseen
embraced by love awake
in dreams -

you are on my mind
in heart
all the time and from
the start

you are all around
within
the ocean deep through which
we swim

you are morning bright
so new
gold and silver light
we two

wake from sleep
as we become
joined forever
we are one -

in space between the stars
in sky
in the place through which
we fly

where we rise
above the mist
of who we think we are
we're kissed

embraced by light in dark
