Climate Change

Day 26 Month 9 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

climate change

in a sea of sand in a sunny land
a river flowing through

in ancient times in ancient minds
grasslands were the view

pyramids were power plants
electricity

was sent to everyone
and it was always free

in the north the ice set forth
covering everything

while Gobekli Tepi surged with life
until that fateful spring

when in a flash the ice withdrew
new seasons spread worldwide

rain declined in the place we find
what the sands tried then to hide -

civilizations rise and fall
cycles roll along

we are merely witnesses
to an eternal song

Mystic Land

Day 23 Month 9 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

mystic land

on and on and on and on
living life where we belong
in a time and in a place
spiralling through the depths of space

spiralling through the thoughts we think
looking always for a link
looking always side to side
and up and down as we ride

on waves in motion as they crash
soundlessly they break and splash
on the shores of who we are
together whether near or far

in our hearts where atoms spin
outside inside we're within
more than mind can understand
we live in a mystic land

birth and death and in between
when awake and when we dream
when transformed in just a flash
when perplexed and acting rash

spiralling through the depths of space
we live in a mystic place
living life where we belong
on and on and on and on

Time Travel

Day 22 Month 9 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

time travel

moving back and forth in time
touching hearts through our pure minds

always circling now and here
escaping sadness and the fear

that we're alone, that we're apart
we're not you know we're at the start

every breath which we breathe in
is breath we've shared together in

a universe where all's alive
the air we breathe, the sea, the sky

the creatures who live underground
the trees above, the wind whose sound

is music in the atmosphere
serenading us as we're

moving back and forth in time
touching hearts through our pure minds
