paradigm shift

Jupiter...it glows...it grows
it stimulates...Europa knows
electric fingers reach to touch
Io too, in space we're much

like Ganymede, Callisto too
apart we're joined in unseen view
by currents flowing, plasma sheafs
ion tails and old beliefs

swirl in mind by breezes blown
through Sun to Earth, our cosmic home
Saturn's glory, Titan's too
just like Venus', so very new

gravity always pulls and pulls
'though electricity really rules
mythic beasts and monsters seen
like black holes are just a dream

of old religion, science masked
by gravity gods...it cannot last
speculations come and go
equations can't describe the flow

of electricity, lightning's flash
held in space by stars...we dash
from all we thought we knew before
the plasma ocean's endless roar

awakened us from gravity's dreams
to ride through space on ion beams
where electric fingers reach and touch
stimulating minds so much

by currents flowing, plasma sheafs
electric tales with new beliefs
swirl in mind by breezes blown
through Sun to Earth, our cosmic home...

lost for words

sighing through the trees
warm wind
rushes past and flees
birds sing

water splashing loud
in streams
Sun between the clouds
in beams

reaching down to Earth
to touch
where I'm lost for words
so much

going on around
below
in a sea of sound
the flow

tumbling thoughts their moan
in mind
gone what we have known
we find

yesterday has left
and now
on time's edge bereft
somehow

feelings which we feel
vibrate
heartfelt soul appeal
our fate

sighing through the trees
warm wind
flowing does not freeze
souls sing

swirling all around
below
above a sea of sound
it's flow

rushes on and leaves
we spin
vibrates as it frees
within

under sky on ground
we know
fate to which we're bound
and grow...
