astrally

I know you don't
know that I
leave my body
I can fly

crossing oceans
in a blink
drawn towards you
by our link

I'm attracted
I am pulled
by your inner
shining jewel

when you're dreaming
sparkling glints
dance around you
ever since

we coincided
in a stream
of colliding '
thinking beams

words cascaded
feelings we
felt erupted
blissfully

both attracted
both then pulled
towards each other
we weren't fooled

what we felt
and still feel
has no end
to its appeal

no wondering when
no endless waiting
in-exhaling
meditating

all of everything
we see
is in the mind
it is we

seagulls, eagles
bumblebees
poets dreaming
lover's tease

clouds and rivers
mountains too
the deep blue ocean
the old and new

are in the mind
and radiating
reaching out
there is no waiting

in-exhaling
is the rhythm
which sets us free
it was given -

from when we were born
to when we leave
it matters not
what we believe

all of everything
we see
is in the mind
it is we

in the mind
now radiating
in-exhaling
elevating

no wondering when
no endless waiting
it all makes sense
when  meditating

breathing in and out and in
following with mind
letting go our thoughts to flow
this is how to find

the place inside where we hide
that can set us free
all we have to do is breathe
relax and you will see

boys and girls, mums and dads
grownups in a rush
concentrate and listen to
breathing rhythm's lush

simplicity in you and me
life's never ending gift
breathing in and out and in
can give us all a lift
