In E-ternity

audio/video

the future keeps coming
while we're in the past
the present keeps changing
we know it can't last

planets revolving
stars travel on
what was and what will be
keeps going on

breathing while leaving
returning again
rising and falling
like water in rain

light keeps reflecting
then bouncing away
we keep arriving
though we cannot stay

rivers are flowing
as streams in our minds
splashing with thinking
in all of these times

I know that you know
that you know that I
want to be with you
but I don't know why

as the future keeps coming
while we're in the past
and the present keeps changing
we know it can't last

still there is something
and somewhere where we
can vibrate together
in eternity

Petals

audio/video

petals from the trees in spring
pink and white and purple in
the grass where one by one
they drift down to then become

petals on the ground which blow
all around like winter's snow
by the wind whose every puff
moves them on with just enough

power from the Sun to Earth
warming air and giving birth
to unseen streams which move and flow
everywhere both fast and slow

as molecules of water rise
from the ground into the skies
forming drops then falling down
giving life to all around

while flowing back down to the sea
petals drift by lazily
as they tumble and they rush,

The Only Way

audio/video

I'm driving near the mountains
while driving by the sea
with always changing altitudes
and stunning scenery

as summer sunshine streams
from the heavens to the ground,
with pretty yellow buttercups
where bumblebees are found...

slipping through the atmosphere
as rushing wind flows by
driving on to anywhere
away from me and my

no one knows who I am
traveling along
no one knows that I am
here where I belong

with cedars climbing skyward
pines and aspen too
passing by as I drive
not knowing what to do

not knowing how to leave here
not knowing how to stay
I'm driving near the mountains
it seems the only way...
