Drove Away

Day 18 Month 12 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

got into the car
and drove away
into the hills
for the rest of the day

further and further
passing the trees
through forested slopes
with my swinging keys

up and down
to left and to right
the hills became steeper
with mountains in sight

eagles were soaring
high in the sky
a raven was making
a very strange cry...

parked the car
and walked along
a tumbling stream
I felt I belonged

the rush of the wind
the splashing on rocks
I slipped out of time
escaping from clocks

there is no time
it's all in the mind
it disappears
whenever we find

a way to escape
a way to be free
a place to relax
a place just to be

Alien Affair

Day 13 Month 12 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

you are more than anyone
or anything anywhere
you are from another time
another place very rare

you are from another life
on another world, you've appeared
you've filled the emptiness
you've come, right now we're

spiraling all the way
around each other's heart
carefully reaching out
and probing while apart

we are interacting
we are acting in
the daily dramas of our lives
as we're professing

archetypal imagery
visions from beyond
I will say just anything
I've been here far too long

waiting for a someone
always believing you
would appear someday
now you're in my view

you are from another time
another place very rare
you are more than anyone
or anything anywhere

A Stream

Day 12 Month 12 - 13 Moon Calendar

audio/video

breathing in and breathing out
then breathing in again
air first enters then it leaves
waxing then it wanes

a talisman for consciousness
a stargate for the soul
a rhythmic incantation
for young to very old

all the thoughts which we do think
keep flowing in a stream
breathing in and breathing out
we ride an astral beam

our bodies changing every day
each moment, all the time
we're not who we once were
we are who we find

breathing in and breathing out
then breathing in again
we come and leave and then return
we are all the same

breathing in and breathing out
we ride an astral beam
all the thoughts which we do think
flow by in a stream
