humanity's a blip, a spark
a flash of mind in cosmic dark
on plasma ocean's timeless shore
the tide rolls in and out once more

thoughts like flotsam drift on by
where we appear and where we lie
egos forming coalesce
then fall apart under the stress

of personalities, beliefs
concepts woven forming reefs
and shoals where we sink down
religion dies as we all drown

scientific certainty
disappears with you and me
as we become who we once were
before entranced by the bright lure

of separation from the one
when we're released who we become
you are me and I am you
we are the ocean flowing through

plasma waves electric sparks
a flash of mind in cosmic dark

Day 21  Month 4 - 13 Moon Calendar

Penetrating

penetrating diving deep
into soft dreams now we're asleep
sliding past electric glows
scintillating head to toes

sensations boiling rising steam
rhythm's heat dissolves the beam
of expectations now long gone
returning to where we belong

in dreams awake we fall asleep
penetrating where we keep
falling falling rising higher
above beliefs above desire

above the Earth its blue and white
disappearing out of sight
the Sun a star like all the rest
disappearing as we test

our wings, our living on
deep in space where we have gone
in dreams awake while diving deep
penetrating warm soft sleep

in our minds our thoughts flow on
first appearing then they're gone
in our hearts is where we feel
electric love and its appeal

to our senses, who we are
flying through deep space so far
away from who we thought before
within we found another door

penetrating inside you
we both share this moment too
with all beings 'though unseen
as we wake within this dream

Day 19 Month 4 - 13 Moon Calendar

Scents

the linden and the rose, their scents
smell so sweet, are so intense
we're transformed though unaware
by each fragrance in the air

breathing in becoming part
propelled from thought back to the heart
nature's spell is all around
in the beauty of the sound

of wind tiptoeing through the flowers
imbueing us with their great powers
to transform us senses bent
arousing feelings heaven sent

breathing out we each return
what plants need for us to earn
honeysuckle smelling sweet
all the fruit we have to eat

all the seeds and roots, each stem
eating, we're becoming them
we're becoming someone new
when we smell the flowers too

the ocean deep if filled with love
the smell of sea in air above
mere molecules of how I feel
when I see you and your appeal

more than all the space around
the singing Sun its cosmic sound
reverberating deep within
when I see you away I spin

away from all that came before
from all the feelings I felt sure
could never ever be surpassed
when I see you they flee so fast

waves of love wash over me
when I see you I feel so free
on spirit wings I fly away
in my heart is where we play
